Join us for three virtual sessions helping create a secular Step Study Guide for Steps One, Two, and Three. Participants are invited to share their own understanding of each Step and how they work it as part of a deity-free recovery journey. Each 90-minute session will focus on one Step, and the shared experiences will help shape locally produced Overeaters Anonymous literature for meetings with an atheist, agnostic, or secular focus. No writing is necessary. The sessions will be transcribed, so participants can simply come prepared to share their experience. For questions or language translation needs, contact the organizers in advance. |

Virtual Event
Join us for an interactive workshop exploring what Overeaters Anonymous means by having “no opinion on outside issues” and how the Traditions can guide recovery-focused meetings. Through discussion and reflection, participants will explore the difference between promoting an outside issue and sharing personal experiences that affect recovery. Together, we will consider ways to honor the Traditions while helping create welcoming, inclusive spaces where members feel safe sharing their experience. |
