Join us for a two-day virtual retreat focused on taking the next right action and strengthening recovery through the Twelve Steps. The retreat will offer a variety of recovery-focused sessions, including keynote speakers, meditation and journaling, newcomer support, creative reflection, body image, sponsorship, working with others, and practical ways to apply the program to everyday challenges. Participants can also connect through open-space sessions and shared recovery throughout the retreat. |

Join us for a virtual workshop designed for newcomers and anyone interested in learning more about recovery in Overeaters Anonymous. Speakers will share their experience, strength, and hope about compulsive eating and the promise of recovery through the Overeaters Anonymous program. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions, meet other members and newcomers, and gain additional support and insight into getting started. This workshop is especially helpful for those who have been members for two years or less or consider themselves newcomers, but everyone is welcome. |
