Join us for an interactive workshop exploring what Overeaters Anonymous means by having “no opinion on outside issues” and how the Traditions can guide recovery-focused meetings.
Through discussion and reflection, participants will explore the difference between promoting an outside issue and sharing personal experiences that affect recovery. Together, we will consider ways to honor the Traditions while helping create welcoming, inclusive spaces where members feel safe sharing their experience.
Join the Cape Cod IG for “A Day of Recovery: Mind, Body, and Spirit” on Sunday, October 4 at Camp Greenough in Yarmouth Port.
Spend the day strengthening your recovery and connecting with others in the fellowship. Bring your lunch and, if you’d like, a comfy chair — coffee, tea, and water will be provided!
Canva is a user-friendly online graphic tool that helps people create visual projects without needing any design skills. When you complete this lesson, you will be able to create flyers and more. You will receive the Zoom ID and passcode at the end of the registration.

Join us for a virtual workshop celebrating International Day Experiencing Abstinence and exploring the personal journey of abstinence in Overeaters Anonymous.
Three speakers will share experience, strength, and hope, along with insights and strategies rooted in the Twelve Steps that help them embrace and maintain abstinence. Each speaker share will be followed by a short writing exercise and an opportunity for open sharing.
