  • Holiday and Food Plan Recovery Workshop

    Virtual Event

Join us for a workshop exploring how to navigate holidays, celebrations, travel, dinner invitations, spiritual practices, and health needs while staying grounded in the Overeaters Anonymous program.

  • Secular Step Study Guide Discussion

    Virtual Event

Join us for three virtual sessions helping create a secular Step Study Guide for Steps One, Two, and Three.

Participants are invited to share their own understanding of each Step and how they work it as part of a deity-free recovery journey. Each 90-minute session will focus on one Step, and the shared experiences will help shape locally produced Overeaters Anonymous literature for meetings with an atheist, agnostic, or secular focus.

No writing is necessary. The sessions will be transcribed, so participants can simply come prepared to share their experience. For questions or language translation needs, contact the organizers in advance.

Five speakers will share their experience, strength, and hope around body acceptance, including perspectives on living in a larger body, aging, anorexia and bulimia, and the experience of men in recovery.

Following the speaker shares, participants will have an opportunity for guided reflection and open sharing. Please bring something to write with and something to write on.
