The goal of this workshop is for participants to experience better consciousness of our bodies, and consider ways we can use the recovery process to experience healing and wholeness.
This is an active approach to developing a healthier body image through the Twelve Steps. Join us for this where members share their experience, strength, and hope in recovery. All are welcome.
Life’s transitions—such as moving, a new job, retirement, family changes, or illness—can affect our OA program. This workshop offers space to explore how we can continue to support our recovery as our circumstances change.
Whether you are a newcomer to Overeaters Anonymous or an experienced member, retreats are a fantastic way to experience recovery, delve into 12 Step work, and spend some time with your Higher Power and old and new friends along the journey.
