This is an active approach to developing a healthier body image through the Twelve Steps. Join us for this where members share their experience, strength, and hope in recovery. All are welcome.
This 90-minute workshop is a time for the HOW Basics to be shared by 3 members. Through their experience, strength, and hope they will discuss the HOW concept (Honesty, Open-mindedness, Willingness) as a practice to meet life’s challenges.
Life’s transitions—such as moving, a new job, retirement, family changes, or illness—can affect our OA program. This workshop offers space to explore how we can continue to support our recovery as our circumstances change.
