Recovery Foundations Workshop

Join us for an interactive workshop exploring OA’s common problem—and its solution—on three levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Members will examine the concept of the “threefold disease” and how recovery is supported by the “three-legged stool” of OA. Through shared experience, discussion, and reflection, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the principles and actions that support lasting recovery.
